Bay is an everygreen herb which grows like a shrub, it can be grown in open spaces or in tubs. The flowers of the bay are yellow and it will flower in may. The best way to get a bay plant is to buy one from a garden centre for around 99p depending on the size. I also like to get my herbs from bootsales where you can pick them up from 25p so saves money. When your bay plant is well established in the pot re-plant it outside. It likes to be in a sunny but shaded place in the garden. They may die off in the winter but should throw new shoots during the following spring. Bay is a native to the east mediterranean but have been grown in europe for years. Nature at Bay

Advantages: Accessible, attractive, atmospheric
Disadvantages: Covers too small an area

As you walk west towards the sunset along the beach at Le Crotoy, the rattle of shingle soon gives way to the soft crunch of seashells in the sand beneath your feet. Review of Bay of the Somme

An exotic delight

Advantages: really refreshing
Disadvantages: they are not everlasting

the price shoots up to between £1.50 to £2.00 which I personally feel is outrageous. Back to the actual ice cream now, the flavour I bought and what appears to be the most available from my experience is the exotic flavour, though you can also get Solero in Orange fresh, Red fruits and peach yoghurt flavour though these tend to be in multipacks only at least in my area. So OK what is ?exotic? flavour well looking at the list of ingredients its is a combination of passion fruit, mango and peach with some pineapple juice added but most importantly there is not an E number in sight. The wrapper is coloured to reflect the fruit flavours and depicts pictures of the fruits sliced in half to tempt you to buy and for those of you who count the calories ? only 99 in this so can be a nice treat if you are watching your weight through a calorie ...
