Advantages: Funny, some great debates! Disadvantages: B List celebrities!
Jane McDonald
Denise Welch
Andrea McLean
Lynda Bellingham
Kate Thornton
Lisa Maxwell
The show is "presented" by one person, this is usually either Andrea McLean or Kate Thornton, but sometimes they have a special guest presenting the show, the most recent been Cilla Black. This "presenter" is the one who asks the questions to raise the debates the women talk about, and keeps the girls in tow!
Everyday there are two celebrity guests, these tend to be pretty B list celebrities, Christopher Biggins and the likes, but they do sometimes have the more "famous" people on the show, Robbie Williams, Enrique Englasias etc. These celebrity guests are interviewed by the girls, and join in with the banter.

The show has been on air since 1999, 10 years and it surprises me that it has gone that long. I do not watch it everyday at all but have seen it enough times in my opinion to be able to have made a judgement on the show. At the moment the main hosts ...

Advantages: Great Story, Great Music and a lot of fun Disadvantages: Nowt
In the seventies , or was the eighties, I remember Cliff Richard appearing on Top of the Pops wearing a T-shirt proclaiming “I’m Nearly Famous”, or something akin to that sentiment. Well , aren’t we all. On Thursday 7th of June our band Spoon appeared at the Tyneside Irish Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne to raise money for Cancer research. A CD / Video CD will be available hopefully within the month (price to be decided) as well as T-shirts (see profile for design) (price 10 GBP if you would like one).
This is a pre amble to this op stating that nearly all lads would really like to be a rock star , if they could. I’m 44 and still hoping, though Spoon is probably as near as I’m going to get, still playing to a partisan crowd of 200 for a couple of hours gives you a great buzz..
So on to the op ...
