Advantages: 2 cd set with some great tunes from the 80's Disadvantages: a few not well know songs on here
If you remember the 80's and loved the music , then this is defiantley the album for you ...
This two disk CD set covers all variousartists from 1980-1989 and has a combined forty songs !! not bad eh.
There are so many songs and groups on here that a lot of you will remember and it brings back good times for me remembering the school disco's !
My favourites on this album are "hungry like the wolf" that has to be one of mine as a Duran Duran fan, and I have good memories of Billy Ocens "Get outo my dreams, get into my car".
Another classic is "Prince Charming" by Adam and the ants.
There are a couple of dud songs on here that I did not really enjoy that much, such as "I'm a wonderful thing baby" and "Ride on time" I really hated that song when it came out as it was number one for weeks and weeks and just got on my nerves ...
Advantages: The 6 number 1 records Disadvantages: The rest of the tracks are rubbish

8. Going Back To My Roots - Odyssey. From 1981 and it was more popular in the UK than anywhere else as it was #4, its best in America was #55 on the US Dance Charts. 9. So Many Men So Little Time - Miquel Brown. From 1983 and produced by Ian Levine, the same guy who wrote and produced High Energy. This track was actually the 1st creation in the HI-NRG club music genre made in an attempt to prove disco wasn't dead. According to Ian Levines Youtube entry it was #1 pop in ...
Advantages: Some great Songs Disadvantages: Some terrible Songs
As a proud owner of this album myself I can tell you that by buying it you will not be dissapointed. As an avid fan of 60's music myself, yet not from that era myself, i was as eager as anyone to get my hands on this product regardless!
Personally I enjoyed tracks 3,7, and 9 best. Some of the good old classics!
Admittedly the other ones may have been slightly poorly chosen, but I assume it was some poor uneducated survey collector somewhere who was asked to choose them. Regardless of this I think it is an excellent album.
When the album itself was delivered to me it arrived promptly and in good condition, I am just saying this because i had concerns it may have had been bodged, fortunately I was mistaken . ...
