Review of Lily Lolo Mineral Foundation

The tiger who came to tea is a good read it together book for you

Advantages: I think it has good quality pictures which you can use as a starting point with younger children.
Disadvantages: Can have limited life as your children grow up.

I think that this book is aimed at Key Stage One pupils (aged 4 - 7) it is a read it together book that can capture the imagination of both reader and listener. I think it is well written with good, colourful pictures that relate to the words on the page. I first read this book with my own children and have subsequently read it with children that I have come into contact with as part of my job. As far as I am aware most of the children enjoyed it as I did myself. In my opinion I think it shows the children how manners are used or not used in the case of the tiger's manners, in certain social situations such as having guests round to your house, which children love to do. I feel that this book is well worth the money as I have used it many times with older and younger children. ...
