Fever - Maytals (The)

Advantages: Good Dance Style, Some Very Modern Tracks, Good Voice.
Disadvantages: Some Weird Songs.

.... Kylie has been a success in this country for absolutely ages and now she seems to be becoming a star in America too, her back side seems to be getting more coverage than her but that’s life! Kylie is classed as pop music with a dance twist. That is exactly how I would describe this album; it’s more mainstream but has some very good dance elements shoved in there making it much more appealing and likeable. For some reason I wouldn’t really dream of purchasing Kylie music but from what I had heard this was one I had to listen to, and I am glad I did purchase it in the end. My brother is quite a big fan of Miss Minogue and from what I had heard Light years was a pretty tough act to follow but I think she has succeeded in a pretty big way. ...This is a group that although I hate to admit it I like. I did a bit of research on them and this is what I found out thanks to Wikipedia. Panic! at the Disco was formed in the suburban area of Summerlin, Las Vegas, Spencer and Ryan had been childhood friends. Since the age of thirteen they played blink 182 covers Spencer being on drums and Ryan on the guitar they then founded Brendon Urie on voclas and Bret on base.The band went by the title "Summer League," Once Urie was officially with the band, they settled on the name Panic! at the Disco. The band has stated that the name "Panic! at the Disco" comes from the song "Panic" by The Smiths, which includes the line "burn down the disco". Advantages: Its a good groove one,
Disadvantages: All the music is the same.

...This album is very very differant from her previous album - lightyears, this album is very "2002". What i mean by saying that is - its very "updated" like millenuim kind of music.....the music is very funky, it has a dancy beat to it. All 12 songs however, are very similar, maybe to similar. All the songs are very alike the number 1 hit that she released from this slbum - I cant get u outta my head. My favourite tracks from the album are "Love Affair" and "love at first sight" when you hear these tracks you just want to get up and dance - they're do dancy. The cover is very "sleek", its plain white with her singing into a microphone on the front, in a white siut/dress/cloth thing, with a white background, its all white and silver/grey.
