Advantages: Some very familiar tracks, great mixes Disadvantages: There are none, honest
This was in fact the first 'FierceAngel' CD that i had. I picked it up whilst away in the balaeric island of Ibiza, and have never put it down since. It goes everywhere with me, and im still loving it as much as the first time i heard it!
Mark Doyle, creator of Hed Kandi has created an amazing label, and personally i think this has to be the best CD yet. Starting off slowly, gradually getting you in to an uplifting mood, this CD is an absoloute must have. My favourite track without a doubt has to be track number one 'The Wamdue Project - Forgiveness'. Listening to this CD just reminds me of the time i spent in Ibiza in the Summer of 2008.
I'd give this album excellent for everything... Absoloute Class!
A DEFINATE MUST HAVE... i wish more people could know about it. ...
Advantages: Amazing mixes, Some classic tracks. Disadvantages: I honestly can't think of one....
Only a small colllection, but a perfectly compiled dance album. This one disk CD consists perfectly of fifteen of the hottest tracks around. It is just a taster of the bigger FierceAngel albums. A Little Fierce is a must have!!! Inspired by the summer sounds of the baleraic island, Ibiza.
The original inspiration of Hed Kandi, Mark Doyle has started a-fresh under the label of 'FierceAngel' and god he has not dispointed us with this!
Im pretty sure that its not going to be long before 'FierceAngel' becomes as worldwide and noticed as Hed Kandi is, so snap these CD's up while they are extremely reasonly priced!
'Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar' along with 'Rhytnm is a Mystery - K-Klass' are two absoloute classics! ...
Advantages: A rich case study of post-Victorian London. Disadvantages: -
'FallingAngels' is historically positioned just after the death of Queen Victoria at the turn of the century. Two families, the Waterhouse's and the Coleman's, meet at their local cemetry whilst adhering to the mourning etiquette of the Victorian period.
The difference between the two families are immediately apparent: Kitty Coleman wears navy blue flagrantly rejecting the traditional black for her mourning outfit, which the Waterhouse falmily are outraged by. Against the wishes of both sets of parents, the Waterhouse and Coleman daughters become best friends, befriending along the way, also, the grave-digger's son. The novel tracks therefore, via the use of alternating character voices, the changing views and social codes occuring as both families move on into the new century. Though in oppositon through most of the novel ...
