Fight To Survive - White Lion

Advantages: Mostly pleasant listening and has some quite good ideas
Disadvantages: But when it comes to execution falters down into generic blandness

...movies that should (and do) have wonderful musical accompaniments that evoke the strange enviroments they are supposed to represent. When things don't go exactly how we expect them to, then it will cause some head scratching. And this is what Harry Gregson-Williams' score for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe made me do. The first cinematic adaptation of C.S. Advantages: A superb album, best of the three, A good rock/Indie crossover album

...It was during my second visit to Reading Festival that I first came across Seafood. They were quite a way down the bill on the Sunday in 2001 on the Radio 1 stage so we decided to head in there and see them. I hadn’t heard of them at all before hand, but afterwards I was incredibly impressed by what I’d just heard. So after the festival, in fact I think the very next day, I went into MVC and picked up a copy of this, their second album. I’ve since bought the previous album, Surviving The Quiet and the follow up As The Cry Flows. I still maintain that this is the South London bands best album to date. Surviving The Quiet established them a toe hold on the industry, with NME and Melody Maker bigging them up as one to watch.
