...that the secret behind her make up not running off her face was waterproof makeup. (I am yet to discover waterproof foundation and powder though I really need it particularly when singing in summer.) She was 'glowing' beautifully. CeCe, a six time Grammy winner, and the recipient of a staggering amount of Gospel Music Association and Stellar Awards, sang in a seeming effortless manner. Her backing vocalists did not disappoint at all. This is a serious 'wish you were here' case. Her previous works started with her brother Bebe winans, she later branched out with her first solo offering 'Alone in His presence, then on to 'everlasting love', His gift, Alabastar box,Throne room and Purified. ...beat with lot of symbols crashing all over the place and Kym's weak vocals are charming rather than annoying. The whole vibe is sweet uptempo music. She followed this up with Take My Advice and was never heard of again, similar to...... **Ce Ce Peniston: Finally (1992)** ......who scored a massive hit with this track. Another staple of Saturday night radio, this one always comes out at weddings for 30 year olds because it defines an era, one where the beat was uptempo and the vocals were soulful and passionate unlike the cheesy Euro-nonsense of today. I'm tiring oof this a bit because of overexposure on radio, but anyone with a pair of ears can tell this is a CHOOOON. **Arrested Development: Mr Wendall (1992)** A rap group in a similar style to De La Soul, this track is a speeded up mix and the house beat goes great...
