Valentine the Slasher?

Advantages: some pretty faces in the film
Disadvantages: poor acting, easy to guess who the killer is

the intention. You?re hardly likely to be scared of a killer who wears a cute adorable cupid mask now are you? Oh and I didn?t understand why the cherub was having nosebleeds every time a murder was committed until the very last scene and then felt very stupid for not having got that bit earlier! Fulvio Cecere plays the token detective in the film and basically he?s a bit of a creep. When one of the potential victims is at the police station he makes a very inappropriate move on her which makes you wonder how tacky the director was prepared to be in the name of titillation. It really wasn?t necessary in the grand scheme of things for that scene. Also just before the climax of the film the detective calls to say he is on his way to the house where the Valentine party is taking place and the victims are being killed off very rapidly but his ...

Review of Valentine (DVD)

Make this Valentine yours!

Advantages: So well written, enjoyable, a great book
Disadvantages: None

written! Rebecca is a celebrity ghost-writer and has been the writer behind Katie Price's successful novels Angel, Angel Uncovered, Crystal, and Sapphire. I've only read Angel which I thought was an okay read, but judging by how popular Price's novels have been, I have to credit this to the writing skill of Farnworth and so I was interested to see what this novel was going to be like. It's lovely bright cover and synopsis sounds like perfect chick-lit and it really did deliver on all areas for me. Valentine Fleming is such a loveable character, and that is really the main reason this novel is such a success for me. From the first few pages of meeting her, I really liked her and wanted everything to work out for her initial audition (which is where we first see her). She's very self-critical, in love with her awful ex who uses her when he ...

Review of Valentine - Rebecca Farnworth

great for helping baby take their first steps!

Advantages: bright colours, lovely music, can be used for younger babies aswell as older babies learning to wa
Disadvantages: not really any i can think of.

This lovely colourful baby walker is essential for aiding your baby to start taking their first steps, when not being used as a walker it also has a play centre on the front which can be removed on and off very easily and may be useful for keeping younger babies entertained,it has two volume settingsand has a detachable toy phone and various buttons and keys that play two different modes of music. Both of my children have used this baby walker from a young age right through to learning to walk and this really did help them learn with enjoyment, but will need supervision when starting to walk as sometimes babies can push too fast and lose balance but overall i found it to be a great buy! ...
