Up until last night at supper time I was a Loyd Grossman virgin. Lidl`s offered me a helping hand, Loyd`s sauces were on offer at two for £2.
more often than not I choose the less elaborate sauces, it is called erring on the side of caution as the Other Half isn't too keen on the unknown.
If I have the time and the inclination I am not adverse to creating a sauce of my own but if there is something far more interesting to do then I will willingly open a jar.
It was a good job that I had my glasses with me when I bought the jar of sauce. The sweet red pepper looked amazingly good in the jar. A 350g jar that promises to feed two to three people and the jar will come in handy afterwards for pickling.

This book is the recomended reading when you take the Bach Centre distance learning course and it is certainly very useful. very easy to read style.
It is quite a chunky paperback and retails therefore at £14.95, but it is definitely worth it, especially if you are not very knowlegable about this healing system in the first place. This is an ideal starter book and will definitely whet your appetite ...
Most of the mums and dads out there will have enjoyed the recent serge of cartoons that make kids feel like adults or the ones that make adults feel like kids, stuffed full of in-jokes for the grown ups like the family are with popcorn (the worlds biggest mark-up on a food snack!) in the cinemas, a great way to get the whole family into those multiplexes as they gulp their bumper Cokes and the money roles in. But with WALL- E we have the first real carton aimed at adults that the kids can watch too, if they are well-behaved, politically aware pixel animation definitely the future.
