Alan Jackson is a folk and country singer from Georgia. His music is mainly diddley-dee and all weird guitars and country genres. This isn't really the sort of music that i would like but because my dad bought it i sort of got hooked.

The Album
Country music - lets face it... you either love it or hate it. I happen to love GOOD country music (apologies to ... ...comment), not the half arsed, mock-country-pop wannabes like Shania Twain.
Brooks and Dunn generally fall into the good catagory and this album features a good number of well written and catchy tunes. They can write a rocking tune or two and their ballads stand up to the everyday dead dog, lost woman ballads of the old style country writers.

This is a strange track, but only for the story behind it. This is a duet between the boys and Reba McIntyre (top lady of country, actress who's most famous role seems to have been in Tremors, and all round fantastic voice). The title is in two halfsthe first half is used by Reba for her album title (which features this track as well) and the second half the gys used for this album. A long ... ...I hear you say... well if you do them well), it is simply a prayer to the beauty of one man's love for a woman and the qualities that he cherishes about her. The final track it is a really simple, almost hymn-like sound (with lyrics to match) this is a great finish to the album
