Advantages: Makes you want to dance like a loon, memorable lyrics. Disadvantages: May induce headaches to the unprepared.
...icicles were paving the way for a million copy cat electro rave bands. Test icicles are a band that you can listen to again and again-their songs fill you with energy and to put it blatantly, make you want to dance like a look whilst waving a glow stick above your head. They really do have a new, fresh sound which i dont think ive heard ever before. Although they have now split up, i think it is definitely worth it to buy this album-youll thank me ...

Album Notes: A U.K. band so mercurial that they reportedly split around the time of this album's U.S. release, Test Icicles excel at brash, aggressive rock that often recalls a New Wave-influenced version of the Vines. Sporting jagged guitar lines, dance-floor rhythms, and deliberately snotty vocals that all vibe perfectly with the group's cheeky name, the youthful lads in Test Icicles clearly aim to entertain and agitate at the same time, as revealed on the infectious single "Circle Square Triangle" and the herky-jerky "Dancing on Pegs." Regardless of any future output, Test Icicles burn brightly, even maniacally, on this record, ensuring that they'll be remembered like a fun, but trouble-filled, night on the town.
