Advantages: Varied popular songs plus some obscure ones
Disadvantages: The obscure songs are probably not to everyones taste

This is the second CD I have brought from this series, I find these CD's a general overview of the years music relating to well known tracks to some that are unknown to me. This therefore make is a very good album to listen to as you know what you are getting from some of the songs. artists like Sterophonics, Muse, Athlete, The Libertines and so on are well known and will appeal to the majority. There are however some more obscure songs bands like Client, Bees, which although are not to bad for my taste they may not appeal to everyone. On the whole I have found this to be a good album in my collection and one that I will listen to if I can not make up my mind. If you like the main popular songs on this album then I would recommend to have this in your collection. ...

Ju-jitsu

Advantages: Training mind body and soul
Disadvantages: Motivating yourself to join a club!

been friends with for a long time had in fact been training in both Karate and Ju-jitsu for 4 years at the time. I was of course delighted at the news, at it would make convincing my dad a lot easier. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I started to train at their Ju-jitsu club. The reason for my father allowed me to do Ju-jitsu and not Karate, was simply because Ju-jitsu is predominantly a self-defence art, where as Karate concentrates more on attacking moves. I am now a brown belt in Ju-jitsu after six years of training, within both the British Ju-jitsu Association and the World Ju-jitsu Federation. I have not progressed further that this simply because I am currently taking time out to concentrate on my studies. Ju-jitsu has helped others and myself in the following ways: 1. This book was given to us free by our health visitor! As part of the bookstart which is a children's charity aimed at introducing books into children's lives from a youg age this book was given to us in a pack for free. For more information about bookstart visit www.bookstart.co.uk The book This book is quite large- it's about the size of two dvd boxes side by side. It is a board book so it is baby friendly. Being a board book means that babies don't have to worry about getting paper cuts and scrunching up the pages as they grab at them. Board books are great as they are so baby friendly, although they don't manage to avoid getting the teeth marks around the edges where your baby likes to chew! The front page is bright yellow with a big picture of a child on the front pointing to his nose and the title 'Is This My Nose ...
