complete ten existing cases before he is required to stop. Nine of these are quite straightforward and soon dispensed with but the tenth case is different. Samara Tannenbaum is accused of murdering her wealthy husband. The evidence is stacked against her, she has no alibi and only a month before the murder, she took out a hefty life assurance policy in case of his sudden death. The case looks unwinnable but Jaywalker still has to give it his best shot. The book follows Jaywalker as he prepares for the case and then the actual trial itself. It is fascinating to read how the case progresses and how the lawyer sets about trying to refute all the evidence that is stacked against his client. I really liked the way the author gave the reader lots of insights into the way Jaywalker was thinking, particularly as he attempts to turn the facts around ...

Peter Kaye : volume 1?

Advantages: Funny family chap
Disadvantages: No celeb stuff

Growing up as a Catholic kid in Bolton (his mum had a font of Holy water in the hall) there?s no doubt that the young Pete Kaye was a bit of a tear-away, especially in a school full of nuns. Indeed his first experience on stage craft would be amongst that embattled holy order, given the role of Inn Keeper in the school nativity play. Fearing the role lacked depth and character , his one very well known line of:?sorry, there?s no room in the inn?, the only thing to work with, draped in a tea-towel, poetic license was deployed and a 10 year old Peter turned to the audience and replied: There?s plenty of room love. No doubts here about the Full Volume effect!

Advantages: makes my hair feel thick even when it's short, doesn't weigh my hair down
Disadvantages: not sure whether it would work on greasier hair

conditioning and a final rinse (although I think the conditioner shares the same scent) - which is basically the same as that featured in Moisture Seal shampoo in the same range. It's a kind of "salon shampoo" aroma of the sort that you'd expect to find in a hairdresser's. I certainly wouldn't class it as floral, citrus, musky or in any way herbal - it's just "scented". I don't think the name Full Volume is simply something conjured up by a marketing team to make this product sound good - in this case, I really feel that it has a volumising effect. The first time I used this on my shorter hair, I finished off by blow-drying (which always leaves my mop looking slightly bigger than normal because I find it more effective to dry my hair upside down anyway) but I was surprised to find that the volume seemed quite so pronounced after using this shampoo ...
