I am a big madonna fan as you an probably tell from the title. In my opinion this cd is great, not only does it have some of my favorite madonna tracks (but where is my ameican pie hmm?) but it lasts a long time.
What does he mean lasts a long time? you say
My Cd hasnt jumped once in the 10'000 time i have played it. Whereas the Now collection start to jump after about a fortnight.
The songs are mostly old (how long has evita been around?) and I love to listen to them because they are still my favorite songs. And i am sure people will love the songs in 10 and 20 and even 100 years. Lots of people still listen to old Queen songs and old beatles songs and old Elvis (little less conversation got to number 1 in how many countries?) And we still listen to the likes of bethoven and motzart dont we?
When I took music I was secretly hoping that the music would be of a "hey Mr DJ" kind. But it wasnt to be.

This album is like a boomerang. You just cant throw it away. Why? Because one day some bigwig will put ray of light on an advert and you will get that craving (admit it it happens to all of us) and then you will listen to the album and it will be like a slab of chocolate cake after a diet. ( you dieters know what I mean. Ugh diets, cant live with them cant look atractive without them.)
Now many people dont like madonna for her (slut) openess around sex and all that kinda thing.
Ant that features in a couple of the songs on the record. (erotica) Maybe a wave of prudishness will hit the world (fuelled by the extremist muslims) I dont know, If it does this CD will become another dinosaur to go with all those other hit misses.
But if not then i think it will outlive allyMcbeal (calista flockheart and barry white on one show, If you add them together and divede by two you get a normal person.)
But one more thing to add, When did you get the muscles madge? (albumn cover)
