Advantages: GOOD MUSIC WITH A GOOD TRACK AND A COUPLE OTHER HALF DECENT TRACKS Disadvantages: THE CD IS HELD UP BY A COUPLE OF SONGS AND THE REST ARE WEAKER
...'s Too Late (Sam and Mikaela's Theme)"
5. The Used "Pretty Handsome Awkward"
6. HIM "Passion's Killing Floor"
7. Taking Back Sunday "What It Feels Like To Be A Ghost?"
8. Styles Of Beyond "Second To None"
9. Armor For Sleep "End Of The World"
10. Idiot Pilot "Retina and the Sky"
11. Julien-K "Technical Difficulties"
12. Mutemath "Transformers Theme"
All in all an average cd that I would probably ignore maybe interested in one of the tracks. However I would recommend the film that features the music and you would find that the music suits the film very well and makes it an enjoyable watch.
Good for DVD film but little appeal outside of that...

Advantages: Excellent production overall Disadvantages: Youll like it or loathe it
...do better to look elsewhere as most of the songs follow along the same context and style of the others.
However....
Don't let this put you off purchasing, because as i said before it is 'brilliant and imaginative' and it is nice to see a fresh breath of entertainment put forward into the industry.
Toploader are consisted of Joseph Washbourn, Julien Deane, Dan Hipgrave, Matt Knight and Rob Green. The album is produced excellently by Dave Eringa and the songs follow neatly when needed and pause between playings when a "thought" moment is wanted after the song.
The layout and design of the CD is good, with the usual band member photos and some nice pieces of photography contained in the overall packaging.
The photography is visually entertaining and very natural effects are create which match the retrospective feel of the album...

Advantages: sassy Disadvantages: perhaps a little too long for the casual listener
...Admittedly, as soon as I knew this album was out, I ran out and bought it!!
Fans of Janet will definately not be dissapointed with this installment of the Miss Janet saga. After the phenomenal success of the Rhytmn Nation outing, this time the audio backdrop is a little more diversified. Still in a dance-fusion vein though, this time we get the amazing Vanessa Mae popping up for one of the opening gambits, which is definately a good thing.
My girl has banned from wearing ma Janet T's in the house, so in case you were wondering, I was definately not dissapointed with this album. If street smart pop soul is your thing, then you can do a lot worse than investigate this album immediately!!...
