Advantages: Great love story, excellent acting Disadvantages: None from me
have a great chemistry with the guys on screen. Also the character which was Zack?s best friend was good. Debra Winger played the role of Zack?s love interest and I though she was great in her role and the pair worked very well together and I did believe in their relationship.
I though that there were a few good twists in the film which did involve Zack?s best friend Sid but I will not spoil the film by telling you what they are. The film was given a little bit of depth with the other recruits which was good as it was not just centred around the 5 main characters.
The soundtrack to the film was good but I have to say I did loose count of how many times they played the title track, Love Lift us Up Where We Belong, and how many different styles it was played in! There were a few other songs which were good but nothing really stood out ...
Advantages: couple of really good mind blowing tracks, very catchy lyrics and memorizing songs to match Disadvantages: a few not so good mind blowing tracks that don't stand out as much
Ne-Yo has certainly come along way in his music career because at the tender age of just 28 the singer/songwriter has had great success within the music industry what with having 3 successful albums under his belt and writing music for some other artists such as Rhianna and Beyonce. Year of the Gentleman is Ne-Yo's 3rd album which was recorded in 2007-2008 the album was then released in September 2008. IT received considerable amount of commercial success and sales and is still doing well in the charts at present.
I have been a big fan of ne-yo and his music for as long as I can remember and have bought all of his albums. I think that the year of the gentleman is a nice album as he never lets his fans down by putting in a lot of effort and creativity into this album and you can easily tell by his songs and by the album cover ...
Advantages: A couple of nice R&B tracks Disadvantages: Little for the males
at orginality as he basically did it in his last two album, but here made it much clearer.
1. "Closer"
This was the big first single from the album and a perfect way to kick off the record. The first time I heard this track I was made by it, and thought that due to it unorthodox production, was a 2-Step UK Garage remix at first, it wasn't until I realised that he was changing things up here with some UK-influenced house tunes for this one that it was actually what he originally made it to be.

I heard quite a lot of Michael Jackson through this tune as Ne-Yo goes for something with has appeal to just about everyone, no matter what their musical preferences are.
