...itself. These are the fine oxygen bubbles which Colgate claim will get rid of impurities and freshen breath. As I went to clean my teeth, I was hit by an intense burst of mintiness. It is a strong minty flavour - much stronger than the minty flavour you get with Aquafresh - but a refreshing one nonetheless. After the initial burst of mintiness comes a strange but pleasant sensation. You can actually feel the oxygen bubbles exploding and getting to work in your mouth. I have never felt this with any other toothpaste I have bought in the past. Now I know what Colgate mean by a 'sensation of pure freshness'! But the crucial question is, does this freshness last? In my experience, it does, although only for around 30 minutes after brushing. Most other toothpastes I have used provide a similar level of freshness for about the same length... Read review

...I am always on the look out for offers when shopping and seeing Colgate Oxygen on a BOGOF in my local supermarket a few months ago I decided to give it a try. I rarely buy Colgate due to it being quite a bit more expensive than other brands but since one tube worked out at just 97p for 100ml it was the same as the usual 'cheaper' brands I use. - Price - As of April 2006 Asda & Tesco 100ml - 1.94 Pump action 100ml tube 2.28 Sainsburys 50ml - 1.19 100ml - 1.94 I bought x2 100ml tubes for 1.94 on a special offer. - Compared with other brands per 100ml - * Aquafresh - 90p * Crest - 1.32 * Macleans Freshmint - 96p * Signal - 98p - Packaging - As with most tube toothpastes this comes in a cuboid box, within which is a squeezable tube with a flip top lid, which I must point out should really be closed after... Advantages: Great stories, good engines, educational experience
Disadvantages: The new stories aren't as good

...I am now 17 years old, but I do still love watching the odd Thomas The Tank Engine story very ocassionly. I grew up watching it and I had, and still do have, most of the videos and story books. I was pleased to discover that the programmes and concept is still going strong. They are continuing to make new stories and introduce more characters, both of which have some positive and negative costs. I will write everything that I know about Thomas The Tank Engine and try and gives those of you who haven't seen it before, a good idea of what it all involves.
