Get Rich Quick - Little Richard

Advantages: Very good value for money- 19 tracks!
Disadvantages: Some songs are quite same-y

...50 Cent is a well-known American gangster rapper. He has released four albums, two of which- Get Rich Or Die Tryin' and The Massacre- which have both reached multi-platinum status. He is under Interscope Records and manages his own label- G-Unit Records. This is 50 Cent's first album and those who are fans will probably enjoy this album. If you are not a big fan you may find some of the tracks quite similar, although it is stil good value for money and can be purchased for under £5! And after all, its multi-platinum! As this is a clean album and the original songs are not quite as clean there is a lot of blanking out, so you may want to consider buying the dirty version. This is definately not as good as his new album, and if you prefer the songs of his which feature singing in them then i would reccomend u don't purchase this album... Read review

Advantages: Great loud pumpin' sound!

...to be marketable, so the songs on Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ are really a choice selection of what Curtis Jackson describes as “the best of 50 Cent.” The rest has been left behind. No one can deny there are a number of materialistic qualities present in several of the songs. It’s very “bling-bling” and flashy. Some of you older listeners might want to pull up your socks before you listen to this one. Despite this, there is one thing that this collection of 19 songs does which only a minority of records can do for me: it gives me that much needed fix of oomph. Not to mention that it’s very addictive, i.e. cool and all my friends listen to it. Seriously though, this album is so catchy and bouncy, my neck, arms and pretty much my whole body have a hard time not moving to the beat when the tracks come on. .... but the music is busy, confusing and pretty good. 6/10. Track 12. Poor little rich. More naffness. "I tell the ho's whatever they wanna hear", please! 1/10. Track 13. 21 questions. Great track this, good sampling, good story, all about a bit of self awareness, it is his money and fame which gets him the girls.....what if that wasn't there? what if he ended up in jail? A lyrical exploration of his self doubt.....probably the only 'true' track on the CD. 8/10. Track 14. Don't push me.
