Abercrombie

Advantages: Fast delivery, good quality clothing, cheaper than buying in UK
Disadvantages: Sizing can be random, sales tax bill arrives months later

Abercrombie clothing, having long been a teen/college must-have label in the States is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, not least thanks to a sexy and easy-to-navigate website. Having ordered clothing at least ten times from the site in the last five years, I can vouch for the quality of the clothing and the excellent delivery times (often only four days from ordering online to your door). Downsides have included being landed with a hefty sales tax bill from the Inland Revenue (around 30% of what you have spent) around three months after receiving the clothing, by which time the novelty has begun to fade.... One way to avoid this is to have the clothes sent to a friend/relative in the US (if you are lucky enough to know someone in the US who will send things to you) and have them send the clothes on to you, stating on the tax ...

Hottest new album of 2005! John Legend-Get Lifted

Advantages: Brilliant new talent, potential to go a long way in the industry. Refreshing & Uplifting!!!

When i first heard this album i was blown away and i've been listening to it ever since. "Get Lifted" John Legend's debut album is an imaginative and outstanding fusion of funky hip-hop beats and old-school gospel with catchy little tunes which you'll be singing or humming everywhere you go. This quite well experienced soul singer has appeared on Kayne West's album "College Dropout" in a few of the best tracks on that album. Kayne can spot raw talent and he's done a good job singing Legend on as he has definetely got a future going for him if he continues to produce refreshing and funky tunes that he has on "Get Lifted". This multi talented singer/song writer has not gone unnoticed as major artists like Snoop Dogg feature on the album along with kayne his executive producer.
