Ghost Is Born, A (Special Limited Edition) [ECD] - Wilco

CD1 Misunderstood: Glenn Kotche's impressive drum riff starts off this epic sombre ballad which, for a time, remains absolutely acoustic. But the drums/electric guitar soon kick in again for a tantalisingly noisy finish, complete with 36 repetitions of the word 'nothing'! Company In My Back: Another neat little riff to start, this time on guitar. This song is propelled by its innovative use of effects both on guitar and keyboard. The first of many on the album to be taken from the latest studio album, A Ghost Is Born. The Late Greats: The first rocker on the LP, this is a clever little ditty considering the fact that 'the best band will never get signed' and 'the best song will never get sung'. Short but sweet. ...with the standard version Love Minus Zero/No Limit This bonus track is a song of Bob Dylan's now performed by Lindsay. This track is a simple song about honesty and who you can trust. The song continues to make comparisons with other entities that too feel love. Not Make Believe A quite dire song about the negative results of being in a long term romance that has no spark. Stevie sings this bumbling guitar track. Peacekeeper and Say You Will are two live versions of the songs previously mentioned performed exclusively for AOL sessions who heavily promoted the album 6 months prior to its realise. The Limited Edition CD The Limited edition CD comes in a book style, well to me more accurate almost like a small photograph album.
