Has your PS3 ever broke down and your out of warranty? Well then I'm pleased to tell you that you are covered under the Sales of Goods Acts. You may not be aware of this, but all that the Sales of Goods Act basically is;
You are legally covered under the Sales of Goods acts and are entitled to get your PS3 fixed or replaced by the retailer, as long as you have had it for under 6 years. The amount of years varies depending where you live. For Scotland it's 5 years but for England and Wales it is 6 years. You are only entitled to getting your PS3 fixed so long as you prove that a fault came with the PS3 when you purchased it. Some retailers may ask for an engineers report which cost about Ł20. The Pearls were signed to the Bell label ? which had some hugely popular acts on their roster including the Bay City Rollers, Barry Blue, David Cassidy and Gary Glitter. The PlayStation 3 is Sonys third generation of home consoles. After the stellar performance of the PlayStation 2 and launch of its two rivals the Wii and Xbox 360 the PS3 has a tough act to follow. Sony are clearly not worried as according to their marketing the PS3 is a "supercomputer" and is capable of "4D" graphics, with such bold claims I had to pick one up for myself and see if it was true!
Unboxing
The first thing you will notice about the PlayStation 3 box is that it's huge! The Xbox 360 had a rather large box but this is incredible being about 1.5x as big.
