...COYOTE UGLY - SOUNDTRACK Whether or not you have seen, or even heard of the film Coyote Ugly, you will have no doubt heard some of the tracks from this film. This original soundtrack brings together some songs from different music genres, ranging from country to pop. There are various artists involved on the CD, although the most prominent artist is LeAnn Rimes. She starred in the movie, and so naturally would appear more than once on the album. Advantages: Gets better with each play
Disadvantages: Too many tracks not new

...but at the same time disappointed when one had to finish.I must have played the tape of this continuously in the car for days on end at first.I didn`t seem to be able to tire of it. She has a great voice that I consider will only get better with time.Some critics have written that her material is not always up to standard but we can say this of many artists. There is such a diverse selection of music here , it`s obvious that its drawn upon many different genre for its inspiration.One of my favourites is "Purple Rain".You may know this as a Prince song but LeAnn Rimes managed to turn it into something special!Many critics of hers really slate this cover version although I love it. Advantages: some good songs
Disadvantages: some not so good songs

...I recently saw the film, Coyote Ugly and loved the songs used in the film. So I decided to buy the soundtrack. After a week or so I had finally got the album and was ready to play it, but then I found out that only 50% of the CD had decent songs, and the best ones were by LeAnne Rymes, the singer of Coyote Uglys theme tune, can't fight the moonlight. The others are quite good but are those type of songs which get boring after a while. The track listings are below: 1. Can't Fight the Moonlight - LeAnn Rimes This is the theme tune which as you probably know got to number 1 in the charts. A great track thats great to listen to over and over again. 2.
