Advantages: Brilliant debut album, high quality songwriting, good variety of songs

...This is a stunning debut album from the innovative and talented band from Cambridgeshire. The album starts with the teen angst anthem 'Human Punk'. It's filled with anger and energy and Seymour Glass sings with such sincerity that one listen to this song and you'll be hooked. The best song on the album is without a doubt 'Talk Hard'. It's a great, and incredibly catchy song about achieving what you want out of life. Another song you must hear is the self-titled Miss Black America, the crowds favourite if you're ever fortunate enough to see them live. The theme that runs throughout this album is independence and freedom. It is specifically aimed at teenagers and projects the message 'do what you want with your life'. If you're a troubled teen, or can remeber what it was like to feel trapped as one, this album is for you. Go buy... Read review

Advantages: Some very emotional and classic tracks
Disadvantages: Can be depressing to listen to some tracks

...Another amazing album by Dolly Parton. This album consists of some amazing and emotional songs. Dolly has always been a religious woman and in this album she really shows her religious and patriotic beliefs. Re-mastering some classics such as Tie A Yellow Ribbon and My Country 'Tis, whilst also belting out amazing songs such as God Bless The USA and even The Star Spangled Banner. Dolly however never takes herself too seriously and whilst this album includes heart wrenching tracks such as Brave Little Soldier, Dolly herself has a nice comical song in Gee, Ma. I wanna go home. The innocence that always seems to be hang around with Mrs Parton is still there in this album, especially when singing about the war and how she supports the troops. From my experience this album made even an British man fall in love with the USA and take a whole... Read review

Advantages: Brilliant Worship Music with meaning behind the lyrics.
Disadvantages: None

...This CD is brilliant. Every song is quality. All the songs have been recorded live from his US tour. Below is a review of all the tracks: 1 - Blessed Be Your Name - Great track. Won a Dove Award in America for Best Song. 5/5 2 - Holy Moment - A worship track praising God. 3.5/5 3 - Once Again - Beautiful song which really sticks in your mind. Unfortunately, in my opinion, there is better versions of this song on other Matt Redman CD's because it is quite quick on this album. But it is still very decent. 4/5 4 - Heart Of Worship - This is what Matt is all about, he has the heart of worship and really tries to spread that to others and he is succeeding. He may not be the best singer or guitarist but he has the heart of worship which many Christian bands/singers miss and that is what makes him so good. Brilliant chords... Read review
