Brilliant!!! This whole concept is amazing! The Sex Presleys take some of Elvis' best songs, rearrange them, and play them as if the Sex Pistols would have played them. It's a bizarre and fantastic mix that rocks even harder than the Sex Pistols did... really! I've been grabbing for this cd over my "Never Mind the Bullocks" for the past few weeks. "Teddy Bear" takes "Anarchy in the UK" and makes it move and rock way harder than the Pistols ever did.
"Can't Help Falling in Love" is geniusly combined with "Pretty Vacant" for what I think is the best song on the disc. It starts out with a huge sounding version of "Pretty Vacant" then launchers you into a wild Elvis ride that you have to listen to again and again.
"Heartbreak Hotel" is layered over "God Save the Queen" and works so incredibly well that I wouldn't even believe that the two were separate songs and the Sex Presleys version was a weird cover if I wasn't familiar with the material.
These guys are great and creative. I only wish there were more songs to enjoy.

Hi there, sounds like an interesting adventure, but only, if You aren't a fan of Elvis (or if You are totally crazy about his music to listen also to all covers of him) ... Well, I have to give "Can't Help Falling ..." a chance, can't imagine that I'll love that version of "Heartbreak Hotel", because I don't the Sex Pistols and especially don't like the "God Save The Queen"-tune that much, but yes, sorry, I'm only f... German, so please excuse this one now ... Cheers, Sven
