...This is the album that introduced me to Marilyn Manson and i can still remember the feeling that it gave me when i first listened to it. I had heard nothing like it before, the driving force of the music and lyrics combined entranced me for an hour. From This Is The New *hit, a brilliant techno, thrash triumph that builds throughout the verses to a crashing empowering chorus to mOBSCENE, the lead single from the album with its disco thumping rock beats. ...The twilight soundtrack is a mix of artists from paramore to muse, Its a mixture of styles, ranging from upbeat, rocky sounds to slow melodic sounds. Some of the songs are very catchy like linkin parks 'Leave out all the rest' and 'decode' by Paramore. Also included in the album is 'Bella's lullaby' by Carter Burwell for all you twi-hard fans! This album (for me) is something i would definitely recommend to buy as it has music for everyones tastes, and is an album for all ages. The one thing that i will point out about this album is sometimes it does have a knack of sounding slightly repetitive, and out of fifteen songs i would recommend twelve out of fifteen that are positively cheerful, singalong songs.
