Advantages: Very funny and well acted Disadvantages: A very girly film!
WHAT IS IT: Bridget Jones's Diary is a British romantic comedy released in 2001 starring Renee Zellweger, Hugh Grant and Colin Firth. Through her diary entries, we follow Bridget's adventures (and misadventures) over the course of a year. We meet her somewhat dysfunctional friends, the office loverat, her brilliantly batty parents and Bridget's Mr Darcy.
STYLE: This is a classic British romcom. Think Notting Hill but directed by a woman! It's this difference in perspective which sets Bridget Jones's Diary apart from the usual Richard Curtis fare - the female characters are actually developed in their own right rather than just being a pretty love interest. Advantages: large Disadvantages: Will rebuy several times over in repairing handle
I have had nothing but trouble with this product. The handle is constantly breaking off on the lid. It was replaced several times under warranty. Eventuallly when the warranty ran out I had to pay £4 for a new one. If the cooker lasts 10 years, would easily re buy it several times over in cost of replacement lid handles. The supplier knows and admits there is an issue but plans to do nothing about it! The actual cooking is ok, with a choice of settings but it does cook a lot quicker even on low than my other slow cooker. I find you do need to stir the contents an hour or two in to vcooking to avoid it sticking to the sides! In my opinion this product is not good value for money and neither do they provide a good customer service ...
Advantages: one-stop place for advice on all the gadgets you need Disadvantages: can go OTT with expensive gadgets, pictures of beautiful girls put off female readers
People who've read my reviews have probably figured out that I'm into gadgets. I tend to buy the best gadgets that are available within my price bracket and am often one of the first people to do so.

This magazine showcases the latest gadgets that have been released or are about to be released and covers anything that would traditionally be regarded as a boys toy.
In fact apart from my review of the microwave oven and the Micheal Crichton book, everything I've purchased (and subquently reviewed) first came to my attention via Stuff Magazine.
Because the magazine also gives you an idea of the trends in gadgets it also allows you to think ahead and plan for the future. Certainly in my case, one of the themes in my house is the introduction of Hard Drives and WiFi and general ...
