Advantages: Pioneers at the time for girl groups, the kittens have a great girlie album here
Disadvantages: Poppy to the max

...Atomic Kitten's lineup may have altered after this album but this collection of records contains all the first songs that launched them onto the open market. I admire Jenny Frost as she fitted in and sings Kerry Katona's lines with ease. It is a shame the group has had to quit but we will see solo work and it will be quite good to compare. Here is my track by track breakdown: 1. Right Now: A very saucy song, 'do it to me slowly' they belt out, and Atomic's release is dancy and catchy. It sticks in your head and reminds me of an old version of las ketchup - repetetive and with a set routine. 7/10 2. Follow Me: A caring, lovely lyrical song that acts like a glorious reminder of the Kitten's dedicated attempts to being musically out for the youth. 7/10 3. Advantages: Pleasant, innoffensive, happy listening
Disadvantages: Not highly original

..."songy" songs like Material Girl, Black Velvet, Baby One More Time. Nobody can sing tracks such as Bug-a boo; or Madonna's "Music"; because they just don't have that singalong factor. Atomic Kitten's "Whole Again" is a very simple sing-a-long-able track, with little fancy production, no fancy lyrics and no fancy vocals (ie Maria Carey's constant twiddly bits) - just easy to listen to, easy to learn and easy to sing. This is why bands like Westlife and S Club 7 do so well, their music follows a proven formula and good old fashioned chord sequences that people, young and old, love to hear. Advantages: Pure pop songs, catchy lyrics & beats!
Disadvantages: Monotonous - all songs very similar

...! Typical Atomic Kitten tune, cute and bright! (4/5) Be With You – Possibly the only other remotely dance track that Atomic Kitten have attempted, and to be fair it’s probably best they stick at the pop genre as they’re true master minds at it. It is however, a very catchy tune, it had me singing it round the supermarket! Not hard core dance or anything like that, but an ideal tune for a pub to get you in the mood for a night out, another one that gives you a strange happy feeling! (4/5) If You Come To Me – Not one I remembered from off the top of my head and definitely not one of Atomic Kitten’s tracks that’s going to be remembered in years too come!
