Advantages: Funny, upbeat rap Disadvantages: Not for everyone
MC Lars is a post punk laptop rapper. His music is very much not like anything else out there at the moment. His sharp witty lyrics are synchronised over hip hop and electro style beats. The Album features 14 unique tracks, varying from short jingles such as 'If i had a time Machine' to much longer story style songs like 'Internet Relationships' to more commercial songs such as '21 Concepts' a vague mock of 50 cents 21 questions song.
With the album ... ...it to be in the bargain basement, but i managed to buy it off eBay for £6, so it is certainly not going to break the bank.
The Graduate is his first full length album mixing together rap, punk and metal influences to create a wide variety of tracks. Songs such as 'Rapgirl', 'Download This Song' and 'Signing Emo' mock the current record industry in a classy and tasteful way, creating not only good music but pointing out a few home truths.
