john butler is one of the greatest guitarists i have ever heard! he is very famous in Australia, but not so much here in the United Kingdom. i first heard of him from a friend and i really love his music. the john butler trio isnt everyones cup of tea though! to some his music just sounds like a continuos jamming session. he has recently done a tour of the United Kingdom, and Grand National, is the latest cd to be relaesed by the John Butler Trio. in my opinion this is not his best cd, that would have to be Sunrise Over Sea, i personally would recommend that you bought that one first. Grand National sounds a bit like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, very full of energy.
