any old rubbish as their last GTA game this generation, but despiteGrand Theft Auto: San Andreasnot being a full sequel (it still uses essentially the same graphics engine asGTA III) it has more new features and ideas than the majority of official follow-ups.For a start San Andreas itself is not a city but a whole fictional county, containing the San Francisco-esque San Fierro, the Las Vegas style Las Venturra and the Los Angeles inspired Los Santos. You can drive anywhere else you like in the countryside, between making the game four to six times the size ofVice City. You can also now start up your own gang in the game, recruiting members and claiming territory--you can even build and operate your own casino once you get the necessary moolah. You can't just sit around and wait for the money to roll in, though--eat too much junk food and your character will grow fat and have to work out at a gym, as well as keep an eye on a new stamina meter. The list of other additions and refinements are almost endless; above and beyond the usual claims of an improved aiming system for weapons you can now swim, ride bicycles, get your hair cut, take part in random break-ins and robberies... pretty much anything you were ever told not to do as a kid (except the getting a haircut bit). --David Jenkins

Take2 Interactive. The game is based in Los Santos, San Andreas a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. You play as Carl Johnson who five years down the line escapes from the pressures of life in Los Santos. On his return to his home in early 90s Carl finds out that his mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster. Adding woes to this misery is the fact that he is framed by couple of corrupt cops for homicide. The game allows you to embark on a journey as Carl Johnson that takes youacross the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.HighlightsPlay as Carl Johnson to save his family and take control of the San Andreas streetsEmbark on a journey as Carl Johnson that takes you across the entire state of San AndreasClean up the mess of the city"s chaotic underworld and corrupt cops

Advantages: A great selection of songs Disadvantages: Some missing songs
...Since GrandTheftAuto 3 the songs on the GrandTheftAuto songs have nearly been as big of a hit as the games. When SanAndreas was released I loved the music and I had to buy this. It contains a lot of the songs from the game, however not all of them (the ones that are not included are at the bottom).
There are 8 different disks of music, which is quite annoying because you have to keep changing disk, but this is made up buy the variety of songs (even if your not a GTA fan you might be interested in these disks). Each disk represents a different radio station, so all the songs on one disk are from one radio station.
Also if you miss the music from SanAndreas whilst playing the PSP version you can now add this music, using the CD's, to the PSP GTA using software released on the Rockstar Website.
In addition to the music you...

Advantages: Nice for hardcore fans of the GTA franchise Disadvantages: Poor value for money, edited versions of songs
...to them if I wasn't diving out of a plane or blowing up a police car. It turns out that I've narrowed my selection down to basically just the K-DST and Radio X playlists, and a few other good songs from the other stations. Even these songs that I like, I'm not entirely happy with, as many of them seem to be abbreviated edits!
My advice, if you want to hear some of the songs you loved from the game, is to head over to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GrandTheftAuto:SanAndreassoundtrack and pick the ones you like. Get them individually from iTunes. You'll get the proper recordings and save yourself a ton of money!

Advantages: A couple of the best tracks Disadvantages: Not the best selection of track on the album
...This is the soundtrack and extras disc to the 2003 snowboarding game, SSX 3. It includes some of the songs which were on the game. The music genres range from Hip Hop to electronica to metal. I feel that this covers all of the genres and cultures which are associated with extreme sports, of which snowboarding is a part of.
I bought the full soundtrack first and rented this to see if it was worth getting this and giving away the other version. This varies from the full soundtrack because, that gives you almost all of the tracks from the game, as well as some others. This one has one disc of a few of what were considered to be the best tracks from the game and on disc with extras for he game.
Disc 1
1. Don't Let The Man Get You Down - Fatboy Slim
**Three Stars**
This one is from the UK big beat artist, Fatboy Slim. As soon...
