...to catch up...is alot of time...and already a very talented individual. ‘Let Me Love You’ is a great and prob my best song of the year...great romantic balad, which is evidently his 1st release from this hot album...instantly showing the world he is now grown-up, however he is still the same sensitive guy he was on the 1st album. Although i said earlier that i dont like comparisons to other aritists...i have to just do it this once to prove what a great future artist he can become; so in many ways he is like a young Usher..and in many ways could easily be level to level with the star...illustrating Marios huge artist potential. He is able to carry the song brilliantly and the absence of a thumping beat and a synthesised tune allows the spotlight to shine on his newly developed vocals, not many artists can have a huge chart hit with a balad... Advantages: Classic recordings from a master of his trade.
Disadvantages: Mono recordings, Crackly in parts.

...during his life which was a great deal when you think how briefly he lived. Caruso brought opera to the masses through his recordings. His deep voice is melodic and rich. Many of the world famous Tenors who followed him based their singing on Caruso's. Many of the tracks on these CD'S are unknown to me but that does not prevent me enjoying them. None of them are recorded in English. One or two of the earliest of these recordings have almost that quality of music which accompanied the silent movies. As I have already said the quality of some of the recordings is a little raw, despite the fact that this CD is digitally remastered.. However as a piece of history it makes interesting listening. If I sit back and relax, as I listen to Caruso, I can almost feel myself being transported back in time to the Italy of the day. Recommended... Read review

....) Boom This is a club banger that has a feel like Usher's Yeah. Mario's voice sounds good and flows through the song with no trouble, The thumping beat with the backing works well. This is by no means as good as Yeah but isnt a bed effort on a crunk club banger. 5.) How could you? This is a great ballad about questioning a girlfriend for the reasons why she cheated on you. A common subject but this track is done well. A very good track that is one of the best on Turning Point. 6.) Girl I need This has a reggae/r&b feel. It works suprisingly well and has a catchy feel with the infectious keyboard hooks and the drum beat along with the reggae music feel and the collaboration with Reggae artist Baby Cham. 7.)
