Advantages: Fantastic episode scripting Disadvantages: Some episodes in black and white
On the Buses is a classic situational comedy that ran for seven series between the years of 1969 and 1973. Despite its age it simply has to be my favourite ever comedy and is something I can watch over and over again.
On the Buses follows the day-to-day antics of lecherous lay-about Stan Butler, a bus driver at the local depot, and his equally lazy and lecherous best friend and conductor Jack Harper. Together the pair will do near enough anything to avoid doing work. The bus company's Inspector however has other ideas and is constantly reminding them to 'Get that bus out'. Somehow though the Inspector is the least of Stan's worries because when he gets home he knows all too well that his overbearing mother will be there for him to deal with and that's before he has to cope with his sister Olive and her tight-fisted husband Arthur ...
Advantages: Great storyl, ines, characters, acting Disadvantages: An emotional rollercoaster
and sister, Felix and Anna hit it off with Brooke and Lucas and Felix manages to wind everybody up. He organises a dare night full of great dares that makes excellent viewing.
Peyton has a mystery stalker claiming to want to interview her after she arranges some great gigs at Karen's new club, Tric. There are some great appearances from acts like Jimmy Eat World and The Wreckers.
Mouth has a much bigger role in the show as well, he becomes very close to Brooke and at the end of the series he finally gets a girlfriend! He was great in his small role in series 1 and it's nice to see him get his own storylines.
Jake also has much bigger stroylines and Jenny's mother returns to take her from him. It's a gripping storyline with a lot of twists and turns and some great acting as Peyton becomes involved.
Nathan and Haley's marriage is threathened ...
Advantages: suspenseful Disadvantages: cannot think of any
This series is awesome and very suspenseful...
I just cannot get enough of Prison Break and have got all 3 season so far.
The series start off with Michael Schofield getting his arm tattoed, which is all part of a plan to get his brother out of prison, for a crime which he claims he did not commit. Michael's plan is to end up going to the same prison as his brother and to try break him out. The rest of the story is up to you to watch.
I can really recommend this series to anyone and everybody, if you obviously have not seen it yet.
I first watched this film about 2 years ago but missed a couple of series. After a while, you start getting so addicted to this series and cannot wait to know what happens in the next series, that you end up (like me) buying all the series / seasons.
Season 4 is coming out at the end of April ...
