Tummy Tubs Great for Parents with back Problems

Advantages: Easy to use and ideal for people with back problems !
Disadvantages: Can't actually think of any :)

If you suffer from a bad back, You will know how awkward leaning across a bath is, when washing your little ones, Well this is where the tummy tub comes into it's own. You can fill it easily and sit on the floor with the tub either between your legs as you sit straight legged on the floor, or on a table, or you can kneel right up next to it .. Whatever is more comfortable for you. I found it an absolute godsend with my third baby, by which time my back was well & truely beggared ! Squishy squashy doh in 4 , 6oz tubs

Advantages: Great modelling medium for children
Disadvantages: HARD TO REMOVE FROM CARPET

. There is sufficent dough inside each pot for your child to play with and make a model. The playdoh in these tubs is brightly coloured, it feels lovely soft not greasy . If you smell it, it has that vanilla smell which is pleasant. Playdoh is suitable for a child aged 3 and over, It is a great sensory toy I encourage my students with poor finer control and poor muscle control in their hands to hold it and squeeze it in their hands, I roll it in a ball and encourage them to poke their fingers in it. I flatten it out and encourage them to stretch their fingers out and make a hand print in the doh. Playdoh is also useful for granny or granddad to exercise their arthritic fingers.
