An album of remixed Phil Collins tracks performed by r&b and hip hop artists. Risky, seeing as the man himself as churned out classic after classic and as you can imagine it wasnt well received by, well anyone. I did however purchase because i like Phil Collins and i like hip hop & r&b so i took a chance. I should have spent my money on buying that indoor ten pin bowling set instead. Saying that there is a couple of decent tunes on here but as a whole, not the greatest ive spent my money on Tracks Another Day In Paradise - Ray J & Brandy. The single to come off this album was received quite well, not a bad video and the brother sister duet that everyone wanted to hear. An up to date version but not better than the original. You may find me saying that more often than not Sussudio - Ol Dirty Bastard. Shocking. No resemblence ...

is this worth being called a platinum collection??

Advantages: 2 CDs - bought it cheap from ebay - lots of songs
Disadvantages: had most of the songs anyway!

This is a 2 CD album, i bought it dead cheap on ebay (about £3) - it's prob loads more expensive in the shops!!.. features loads of artists and songs - i'll go through as much of them as i can!!!.. Ok - CD 1.. First there is 'Off The Wall - Michael Jackson' - i like MJ so i think this is a good choice of song.. 'I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me) - Michael, George & Aretha Franklin' - was a bit surprised about this song being on an RnB collection - even though Aretha is very soul/RnB - i would not have put this song in an RnB collection & plus i dont particularly think this is a very good song anyway (sorry any G Micheal fans!).. then we have 'Crazy In Love (no rap version) - Beyonce' - i absolutely hate this song now! it's been heard and played way too much and doesnt deserve to be on this album! im sure it is already ...

An Awesome collection of 60s Great Tracks

Advantages: Brilliant selection of some the best songs ever.
Disadvantages: None at all

This 2 CD album has 52 very good tracks on it nearly all of which are instantly recognisable. There are no weak tracks at all so you can happily put the CD on and just let it play great track after great track. I am a big fan of Sixties music because along withe 1980s it is the best period in history for musical creativity. Some of the higlights on this double album are: The Kinks - Waterloo Sunset Mary Wells - My Guy Cliff Bennett & The Rebel Rousers - Got To Get You Into My Life Moody Blues - Go Now Procul Harum - Whiter Shade Of Pale Animals - House Of The Rising Sun Glen Campbell - Wichita Lineman Peter Sarstedt - Where Do You Go To My Lovely Gene Pitney - Something's Gotten Hold Of My Heart Del Shannon - Runaway Johnny Kidd & The Pirates - Shakin' All Over This is the best 60s compilation album I know of.
