The sound of his strong voice along with the beat of the music, allows for a truly enjoyable listen. It has a jazz/pop theme, and the duets he sings with Dionne Warwick and Gregory Hines add to the talent of the album. 1.NEVER TOO MUCH: Very upbeat, lots of rhythm, easy to dance to "Your love is Never Too Much"
2.DON'T WANT TO BE A FOOL: Slow, love song, it's about not wanting to get hurt again in the game of love.
3.HERE AND NOW: Very slow, living for the moment and letting go of the past, and it's about true love.
4.LOVE THE ONE YOUR WITH: A classic(of course) that is very jazzy and uplifting. more
Though The Legendary Luther Vandross has suffered from a stroke on April 16, 2003 ( a little over year ago), he is sadly missed in the music industry by many, myself included. Recently at the 2004 Grammy Awards Vandross swept up four out of five awards, including Song of the Year. He was unable to attend but did have a video message thanking all of his fans for their support during his recovery. This is just a reminder what a great artist Luther Vandross is and always will be.

6.SUPERSTAR/UNTIL YOU COME BACK TO ME (THATS WHAT I'M GONNA DO): This one kinda reminded me of that song from Urban Cowboy (the one they play throughout the movie)It's about missing your lost love.
7.A HOUSE IS NOT A HOME: I honest, I love Vandross' voice, but didn't really care for this song, so sorry for no details.
8.GIVE ME THE REASON: This is kind of a turn around, but it's about not wanting the love back.
9.THERE'S NOTHING BETTER THAN LOVE (DUET WITH GREGORY HINES): This is a really good combination with these two artists. I found it to be inspirational.
10.CREEPIN': This is a different side of Vandross' voice. He really puts out his heart and soul into this slow song.
11.SO AMAZING:Yet another great love song on this album. I take it he has very strong emotions when it comes to love.
12.STOP TO LOVE: One of the best songs he has sang. Makes you want to dance. Make time to stop and love what you have.
13.POWER OF LOVE/LOVE POWER: Another classic, another love song. Full of beat, passion. The Power of love is very POWERFUL.
14.HOW MANY TIMES CAN WE SAY GOODBYE (DUET WITH DIONNE WARWICK): SHOOBY-DOOBY-DOO I didn't like this one too much either, she just doesn't do his voice justice. My favorite song on this CD (best one of all) is on track number three HERE AND NOW. This song is very touching and more emotional than that. It is about finding THE ONE and letting go of the past. It is about moving on and looking forward to the future it goes something like this:

Anyway, I love it and hope you do too! This Album is GREAT.

On this greatest hits album there are a total of 16 songs, a couple are skippable, but as I said before - there's nothing quite like Luther!
It has the hit song with Janet Jackson 'The Best Things in Life are Free', which is very true, and it's also a great song.
