The backstreet boys have been one of the major features of the music industry since the mid 90s and this album is a collection of their greatest hits. The Backstreet boys have been on the scene since 1995 and in case you haven't heard of them (which is very doubtful) there are five of them : AJ, Nick, Kevin, Howie and Brian. I feel since the boys first started out we have watched them grow up and this is reflected in their music. The album features songs taken from their other 4 hit albums as well as one new track entitled "drowning" This album was released in November 2001. The UK edition features 3 songs that are not on the US version of the album. Aren't we lucky!

This song was the first to be released from the 1998 album millenium. It starts off quite slow but it soon starts to quicken up. Its a nice upbeat love song. I really love this song and the boys looked really cute in the white suits in the video for this song. The vocals in this song are brilliant and the boys do it great justice, possibly one of my favourite love songs by the boys.

This was the boys comeback song after their first album. It was released in 1997 and was taken off their second album "Backstreets Back" I can remember this being the first Backstreet Boys song I heard (I was too young to remember them in 1995) and I instantly loved them. It was such an appropriate comeback song and its a real feel good tune. Its one of those songs that you have to dance to and this album features the longer version so you have more time to dance. If you can't remember this song its the one with the haunted house video that won a ton of awards!

I was reading Tracey2002's op on this album and apparently Brian met his wife on the set to this video. Shes a lucky gal, thats all I can say!

I dont remember this song as a single but I've seen the video. The boys are very young but its shot in the rain and they have their shirts unfastened (very nice!!)any way I'm wandering off the point. This is the new track exclusive to this album and was released in 2001. Its a shame really that its the only new track but its a good one. The opening of this song reminds me of an O-Town song which was released at a similar time. This one is quite slow and is another love song. The lyrics are really powerful in this single and I really do like this song.
