I bought this album about 3 months ago as it was on special offer at my local Virgin Megastore. I think it was reduced from about £15 to a more consumer friendly £10 ( quite a bargain ) so I decided upon the purchase.....
The album : Whitney Houston Greatest Hits, is a 2cd combination. The first side is titled Cool down, and is mostly compiled of her older hits, such as " I Will Always Love You " and " One Moment In Time ". The second side, titled the Throw Down side, contains a mixture of old and new, with hits such as " If I Told You That " and " It's Not Right But It's Ok " ....

I'm no expert on Whitney Houston - I only recently purchased the album, and this was because I liked some of her more recent chart releases such as " Could I Have This Kiss Forever " and " My Love Is Your Love " ....
It’s not really my area of expertise, but all I can do is comment on how I rate the product. I am glad I bought this album, because it has so many quality songs on it - old and new - and the variety of songs suit most occasions and moods ....

For the price I paid (£10) I think this was a bargain purchase – considering the album consists of 35 tracks, from a quality artist. Its hard to classify the album in terms of a musical genre, because of the collection of songs on the album – I would say its mostly (easy listening/r’n’b) but then again I could be totally wrong ( wouldn’t be a first)….
I heard someone complaining the album has too many remixes – but to be honest its still awesome. If you are a true fan of Whitney you might be a little disappointed because of this – but if you’re like me and you just like some of her songs – it’s a must have ! Buy it !
