Advantages: New Beginning , Bright Eyes + Just cant say goodbye
Disadvantages: Too numerous to mention , especially Stay

...A vey disappointing solo effort for the Boyzone star with his debut album. With the exception of the singles no other track stands out as a potential hit. Only the self penned `Just Can`t`Say Goodbye` and the excellent `New Beginning` show any of his own creativness as the rest of the album is very Boyzone orientated and though obviously it will sell in its droves this won`t be rememebered as a classic , if rememebered at all!! The final word should go to its final track, Mike Batt`s classic `Bright Eyes`. At first thoughts you dread what you are about to hear but (ready for this)it is not bad at all really you can see all the Stephen Gateley fans grabbing for the tissues as he performs this at one of his sell-out gigs. With Ronan`s` album just around the corner , so far Mr Keating has the headstart in the boyzone solo sweepstake... Read review

...This is truly one of the best albums I own! I am only 21 and have listened to Jackie Wilson since I was about 5. This man is a legend, and this album features his greatest tracks such as 'Reet Petite,' 'Higher and higher,' 'Sweetest Feeling,' 'Baby workout,' and 'Doggin around.' The great thing about Jackie wilson is that he always has the right song for any occasion, and the lyrics always seem to fit with how i am feeling! I feel Privaliged to know about this artist, as when i mention to people that he is my ultimate favourite singer they always say 'Whos she?' So since I have owned this album, I have tried my hardest to introduce it to my friends and get them hooked! It is the perfect album if you want to relax and feel happy, or generally if you just fancy a good sing along!!!!! BUY IT NOW!!!!!!!!... Read review

...Hot on the heels of Stephen Gateley`s debut album ( already rated as a disaster by myself !!!),comes fellow band member Ronan Keating`s first solo effort,and it isn`t bad at all. From the first track Rollercoaster you can tell this is might just be as good a debut as you may hear. As you would expect ,there is a lot of Boyzone-based ballads but he delivers them in a very unique way in which all the family will enjoy (though they may not admit it !!). ` the way you make me feel ` and `In this life` are two prime examples of this . But all the tracks are over-shadowed by the brilliant `When you say nothing at all ` And not all tracks are written by Ronan , in fact `The way you...`was actually written by Bryan Adams , who also sings backing vocals (but don`t worry it`s not as drony as that Robin Hood song !).
