2. Principle of Evil Made Flesh. Wow, this song really kicks you in the balls. It is fast, heavy, and evil, just the way metal should be right? Great, apocalyptic lyrics are key to this song. Their is a guitar solo in it too, although it is very hard to hear, as it was mixed poorly. There is a female vocal part in the middle, after the solo, speaking some words of German before the song kicks back into full speed ahead. 3. The ... ...popular. This version though is way different than the one found on Vempire. It is slower, sloppier, and not as heavy. I can't really find any fault in it, except that maybe the keyboard part at the beginning may turn away some die hard Black Metal fans. 4. Iscariot. Another short instrumental piece. Skip.
5. The Black Goddess Rises. Another CoF classic and deservingly so. The intro piano part is very eerie, and reminds of an old late night 50's ...

Wow. That's the only word I can use to describe this album. For those of you who have heard the album "Bitte Suites to Succubi", this album is second only to that. On this album, Cradle produce an amazing sound that creates a sense of power, striking a certain fear into ones heart. Dani's vocal talents are as amazing as ever, as is the drumming. Advantages: The female vocalist in some of the songs Disadvantages: No songs seem to stand out
This album starts of pretty typical CofF style, with the eerie sounding synth-type thing, closely followed by "Heaven Torn Asunder" which is nicely structured, with the usual pounding drums, and dynamic vocals. No song stands out as particularly bad on this album, but in reply to that, none of the tracks seem outstandingly brilliant. Sure, the guitar work, is technical and sounds pretty impressive, and the songs are well written, but they just don't ... ...be
