Advantages: Great sound quality and completely different to there first live album. Disadvantages: Not enough songs.
NOFX are one of my favorite bands of all time and i have been lucky enough to see them live a few times. For me this cd brings together every thing a NOFX gig is about. They have captured the feeling perfectly. Yes some of the songs aren't played well but the recording is great and there is a good mix of old and new songs with no songs off there first live album on there. Every time i listen to the record it makes me want to jump up and down and ...
Advantages: This album is quite funny and there are some random things on it Disadvantages: some of the song are not really song as they only last a few seconds
NOFX was formed in the year 1983 in los Angeles In america when the band first arrived on the scene they didn't take of much at first but these days they are one of the most know band in the gerne of punk and are my favourite punk band of all times. The band is made up of Fat Mike on bass and vocals, Eric Melvin on guitar Erik sandin on drums and last but not least El Hefe on guitar.
This cd is full on all the track they didnt have time to get ready ... ...was in two minds wether to get this cd or not, as in a way they where all the rejected songs but this cd is just as good as all the overs I have heard and thats quite a few. The songs come over two cds and some of the song are fantastic. I'm not going to give my opionion on all of the track as there are 46 of them and that will take hours but I will do a few Disk 1 - Track 8 - Lazy: - I think this is a good song but slow than some of the other song ...
Are you one of those people who moan about bands always covering old classic songs? You know, maybe you objected to Boyzone covering Love me For a Reason because you always thought the Osmond's with their pearly white teeth and their clean cut all-American image were the better singers?
If you hate cover versions, then I can tell you you'll hate this band.
Me First and The Gimme Gimmes ARE a cover band. They have never released a song they've written ... ...Gimmes are not some Irish boy band hoping to storm to the top of the charts by singing a cheesy cover of an Abba song in a sickly sweet four part harmony riding on no talent but a pretty boy image.
That said, they're NOT talentless. The band formed as a jokey little sideline for members of such high profile bands as NOFX and Lagwagon, there is a huge amount of talent, and their tongue-in-cheek punk ska covers of a selection of cheesy hits, from ...
Advantages: Fast punk Disadvantages: Cant think of any

Amber Changing [Untitled Hidden Track] It's a very fast album, very upbeat punk music. ... ...to express it.
The lyrics range from personal issues as well as being quite political
If you've got a few spare pennies stashed away, i'd recommend getting this album!

Advantages: Brilliant In Places Disadvantages: Average Everywhere Else
Any fans of NOFX are usually die hard, and will follow the band through almost anything. The problem is, where to draw the line with buying their albums. Lyrically, this album starts off typical NOFX, but the music is a bit weak, they tried something different in places, but it seems like they weren't sure what it was. Track 3 (Seeing Double At Triple Rock) is absolutely superb, easily the best song on the CD, but being a mile better than anything ... ...that have been taken from previous albums (tracks 4, 5, 14 and 15), and they sound very familiar. Songs like Leaving Jesusland, You're Wrong and Getting High on the Down Low are all very good, but they're the best amongst an average bunch. If you're like me, and it feels imperative to own this, then it will be a fairly welcome addition to the NOFX collection, but it certainly won't be on repeat. Ribbed and Punk in Drublic are still far and away their ...
