Welcome to the Dance of Death
Advantages: Lots of hits, great sound quality, one of the best bands ever Disadvantages: Short playing time, not as good as "Rock In Rio"
I don't see myself as an insider of the rock- and metalszene in Europe, but nevertheless I recognize, of which topics metalfans are annoyed. This might be the 12th DVD single release by Manowar or black salsify-eating Black Metal bands throwing heads of dead sheeps into their audiences (me, I will going to bombard Mayhem with the skull of an elephant next time I see them on stage. Just for fun.). Or even a new live album by Iron Maiden.
For a better ... ...The Road" is not really the very first live release from this favourite band of mine. Back catalogue already containing various live albums, for instance the legendary "Live After Death" from 1986, which is still considered to be the best Iron Maiden live album ever by lots of Maiden maniacs. Furthermore, there is the double album "A Real Live/Dead One" (I think it's from 1993), which was ony some comfort for the listeners due to leadsinger Bruce ...

linkin park were once called hybrid theory
Advantages: great music performed live by a great band Disadvantages: it doesnt show them 100% at their best
...the CD(12 audio live tracks) comes with DVD (17 performance tracks), case, and booklet (10 pages). DVD DIRECTOR: Kimo Proudfoot DVD PRODUCER: Matt Calabiano ALBUM PRODUCER: Josh Abraham Great an up close look at a band who is passionate about their music. The DVD has some off-stage sound bites and lots of on-stage action shots. The bands seems to have the big tough Metallica fans prancing happily in the Mosh Pit throughout the show which ya gotta ... ...time to notice the text and art on the actual CDs themselves - - which is reallly cool. 1. Don't Stay great slow motion footage during the intro. the crowd is immediately into the show. 2. Somewhere I Belong
the band showcases their strong vocal talent here. The mix between DJ, guitar, bass, vocals is amazing. 3. Lying From You not mixed very well which is Too bad cos its a really Good song. 4. Papercut vocals get lost in the music here, again. ...

This is how it should be
Advantages: A good collection of Thunder tracks Disadvantages: sound compromised compared to studio tracks
This album is everything that LIVE classic rock should be.
Thunders frontman/singer Danny Bowes delivers a stonking performance unrivalled by today teenie rockers.Ther rest of the band are: Gary "Harry" Janes - Drums, Luke Morley - Guitar/Harmonica, Ben Matthews - Guitar/keyboards, and Chris Childs - Bass.
Thunder was formed from the ashes of another great band - Terraplane - in 1989. The band are from London and surrounding districts.
Having ... ...a good representation of a live Thunder gig, the atmosphere translates well to the CD and it is the next best thing to being there.
This is a double CD, with 22 live tracks.
The tracklist includes well-known favourites, from the Back Street Symphony era, such as "Dirty Love" and "She's so fine", through the powerful "Does it feel like love?" and the haunting "Low life in high places" to the scorching "Gimme some lovin'".
The general feel of this ...

A Very Very good live album from a very good band.
Advantages: Great sound quality and completely different to there first live album. Disadvantages: Not enough songs.
NOFX are one of my favorite bands of all time and i have been lucky enough to see them live a few times. For me this cd brings together every thing a NOFX gig is about. They have captured the feeling perfectly. Yes some of the songs aren't played well but the recording is great and there is a good mix of old and new songs with no songs off there first live album on there. Every time i listen to the record it makes me want to jump up and down and ...

... ...much like any live album, I would say to people, dont buy it untill youve heard the studio stuff, its not worth finding out about the songs for a live album, when you listen to a studio CD your listening to songs, when you listen to a live album, your hearing the band, in live, raw, gutfelt emotion. To buy this album with out hearing RATM would be stupid, but for fans, this CD captures Rage in their finest, sell out moment, with a belt full of hits ...
