Advantages: Amusing yet thought provoking Disadvantages: Can make you mad (a bit)
I've rented this film in the past & as it just came on t.v. now I thought I would review it whilst watching it!
Story
Adam Sandler plays Dave Buznik, a happy-enough young man leading quite a normal life & trying to get on peacefully, when he encounters a number of dreadfully rude difficult passengers & flight attendants on an aeroplane that somehow, in spite of his calm, polite approach, land him in court, charged with air rage. Even though his lawyer thinks the case cannot stand, he is, ridiculously, convicted. His sentence is to attend anger management classes - taught by the very passenger sat next to him on the plane (Jack Nicholson). Convinced that he does not have a problem, he confidently declares that he will only be attending one session. Unfortunately for him, it looks like he will be stuck longer than he expects & maybe ...
Advantages: Brilliant acting ! Disadvantages: Not suited to those who like action every second!

This continues with several meetings and get togethers where it all finally leads up to a celebration party where the family are greeted with "Cynthias" new friend! With The bolt of lightning Drama! There are secrets that affect all members of this family and the painful truth revealed!
There are brilliant performances from all concerned , especially Brenda Blethlyn as neurotic and lonely Cynthia.
With 5 nominations for Oscars and 3 BAFTA Awards, this film is a rare treat, and treated with compassion. I feel its one of the the Directors best films to date, may he continue!
A film to be enjoyed again and again.

Advantages: Great Actors, Funny. Everything you want from a Sandler film. Disadvantages: There are better Sandler films out there, but still funny.
Not the best Sandler film I've ever seen, but still very very funny! Jack Nicholson and Sandler make a great coupling in Anger Management. Theres a whole host of memorable characters in the film who you will find it hard to forget!!
The film, although very funny, does get a little confusing at times, but, its still a typical Sandler film. It still had me in stitches in parts, especially the "I Feel pretty" scene!!!!!!
Again, as with alot of Sandler films, the film has a mix of drama, comedy and romance.
The film follows Sandlers character who has anger management issues, when he gets a court order to attend anger management classes he meets the crazy, yet lovable psychiatrist played by Nicholson.
