With so many fragrances out there some of the more unusual shaped bottles can lose ground to other more normal looking bottles of fragrances. One such fragrance that has bucked that trend is Boss inMotion by Hugo Boss It was released in 2002. The only others that look similar that I can think of are from the likes of DKNY and Bvlgari.
As you can see from the bottle it is a round design whereas most bottles are upright It also has a rather different spray design than the normal eau de toilette bottles. This design means that it can take a few seconds longer to get enough spray out. I prefer the normal style of bottle but this doesnt really affect the outcome.
The smell is really quite lovely and is a spicy woody fragrance which also has a sweet smell. There's hints of Bergamot Oil, Basil Flower Violet Leaves Pink Pepper ...
Advantages: Melancholy, thought provoking lyrics, beautiful emotionally loaded vocals-just lovely. Disadvantages: Bit mellow and sometimes the songs blend in to each other a bit.
'Life In Slow Motion' is a justly poetic titled album considering its content. This is English Singer David Gray's 7th album after his last one (A New Day At Midnight) was virtually ignored.
As a die hard fan of White Ladder (the album that brough Gray real acclaim), I was concerned whether he could really pull it off again. The album starts of slowly but well with the single 'Alibi': this song has a real live concert feel to it; strings and piano filling out the sound and mounting to a thorough and fat musical climax at the end.
The album continues with a slightly more contempory sounding 'The One I Love'(also a single). In my opinion this song is the stronger of the two so far. It has a very romantic/hippie ballad feel and the subtle guitar in this is lovely. It also has some really nice percussion features teamed with some ...
Advantages: This guy can sing Disadvantages: none at all
Life in a Cartoon Motion ( Universal)
This camp and sound alike Freddie mercury has exploded on to the music scene this
year and has already shot to number one with single Grace Kelly, which catapulted
him to number one and superstardom. He could be around for a long time to come
Life in a Cartoon is Mika's (pronounced Meeka) is his debut album. The 23 year old born in Lebanon could go along way. Some might say the further the better but if you like Freddy Mercury and the Scissor Sisters you should like Mika.
Mika has an Amazing voice and the album is full of tunes that are as catchy as hell. The CD makes a great start with Number one single Grace Kelly and is followed by Lollipop silly but bouncy. Another good song is Love Today definitely chart material. Billy Brown could also make the charts it's the story of a gay man ...

Entertainment Weekly (4/5/91) - "...This is top-level radio pop for flight attendants and office assistants, unconventionally produced, emoted in husky shouts and whispers that glow like a burning bush..."
