Heartbeats (Greatest Hits) - Chris Rea

Advantages: Good driving music, good listening music
Disadvantages: Can't think of any

...or the world around us, Chris Rea's type of music is thought provoking and deep in places, it makes me take a step back from daily life and look into myself which is a good thing. Oh, it cost me £3 on eBay, I haven't seen this album in stores like Woolworths or Tescos who sell a lot of cd's but you might find it in a music store. The reccommended price is much higher £15.99 but there are cheaper copies on Amazon too. It is a compilation of Chris Rea's best hits and was put together in 2001 by Magnet Records Ltd. but a lot of them are on other albums by the artist. Thanks for reading. Sue... Read review

...great party song – great vocals from the girls and with all the makings of a classic. Sounds like something you’ve heard a million times before, but ten times better! 4 - Better Best Forgotten – This song, not actually liked by the group, is actually very good, although perhaps a poor man’s One For Sorrow. 5 - Love’s Got A Hold On My Heart – Takes a few listens to really enjoy, but again, a classic from the last few years. 6 - Deeper Shade Of Blue – Many critics have said this is the best track on the album, and was criminally underrated when released as a single (it reached number 4). It was featured on the album Steptacular however, which by the point of this release had sold around 1 million copies, quite deservedly.
