I dont really know what to say about this song, apart from that I love it!
This song wasnt really popular with the main stream,up until recently when it was released on single after much demand. If im honest I first heard this song being blasted out loud on mobile phones on the bus,by 'Chavs' as my dad calls them. Music being played out loud on buses really makes me realise that I need to take my driving test again as it annoys me so much, but this song being played made my bus journey more enjoyable!
T2 features Jodie Aysha, who has a very girly voice,or in some peoples opinions..annoying! True, she has a girl like voice, but I think it compliments the song perfectly.
Heartbroken is a garage track. I usually cannot abide garage music,as I find it annoying, but this track just has something else.
For all of you that dont know the track, its the one that has a woman singing 'Im Heartbroken, without your love,Heartbroken cos i've had enough,Heartbroken n I dont know what to say..I've never felt this way'
You rarely hear it on the radio, however there is a radio edit.
I bought the single in HMV for 2.99p,which I think is about the going rate for a single these days.
It consists of 6 tracks and number 7 being the video,to put in your computer. Although theres no point in doing that in my opinion because the video really confuses me,it seems rushed together, but to an extent this doesnt really matter as its a great track. The c.d cover is very plain to look at too,as its plain black with a smashed piece of glass on the front. T2 and Heartbroken is written in white, with 'Featuring Jodie Aysha' in red underneath. However the plain appearance really doesnt matter as the single makes up for any mistakes.
The first track is the 'Radio edit': This is the track that was played alot on radio 1,on the garage sessions that they have later at night. This is probably the track you will generally recognise, however I didnt as I have an extended version that I got from Myspace as a download. 9.5/10!
Track 2:Extended mix. This is about 4 and a half minutes long, and in my opinion is better than the radio edit, which is a rarity as in this day and age,a single is usually complimented with a terrible remix to fill the c.d up. A big 10/10
Track 3:WAWA Club Mix.: This track is almost dancy,in a chill out type of way. If anyone is aware of Hed Kandi, then it seems very similar to some of the things that you would find on a Hed Kandi c.d. Basically garage, with a dance/chill out twist. 9/10
Track 4: This is more of a filler, but amazingly is really good. Fillers are usually poor in quality, but this track has a killer beat and will appeal to all with a wide taste in music,as it samples a good dancy beat, while maintaining a garage theme. 8/10
Track 5:Wideboys London Mix: Again a filler but a killer. This track is still garagey, but with a pop type theme to it. Its almost remeniscant of early Craig David,in the beat and the arrangement of the music. 9/10
Track 6: Wideboys Radio edit This ofcause samples the song 'Heartbroken',but is very dancy in its form. Its the kind of thing that you would find in a club,in the early hours in the chill-out rooms. Very layed back and a fantastic mix. 8/10
I personally think this c.d is great value for money,as its rare to find a single that consists of so many tracks and quality tracks at that. If you like the song then i'd definately recommend the single to you as the mixes are consistently good in quality and dont have any boring fillers. Ofcause garage is not to everyones taste, but I liked the track and hated garage music,so it worth having a listen to,even if you just listen to it via Google Videos. If you do want to give it a listen,go to Google Videos and type in : T2 feat Jodie and also let me know if you understand the video, because I think its pointless!

Advantages: 6 tracks and music video made unique by the voice of Jodie Aysha Disadvantages: On many compilation CD's and has an all too common bassline
