Advantages: more beat and melody than you can handle

Most great albums have a track which radically departs from its main body of work,in this case its "My Other Voice "so sublime and strange yet hypnotic and euphoric that you might think that you have died and gone to heaven,its backward symbols intro makes way for an electronic angelic choir which in turn submits to a spaghetti western guitar line before the cherubic Russell sings of the joy of having two voices ,the song makes no sense at all in the real world but in the abstract surrealism of The Mael Brothers /Sparks it all makes complete sense of course ,but you will never hear a song so staggeringly different within the realms of a pop song . ...I love Kylie. I have done since she left neighbours and started her music career. I dont remember her in Neightbours as thats before my time. I dont know what it is about her that I like, her music is great but not the best I have ever heard, Its not her looks. I guess shes just a nice down to earth celebrity, no falseness, no false lips or face and no itentional scandals to raise her public profile. And lets face it, these type of celebrities are hard to come across these days. I have most, if not all of her albums so when I heard body language was being released a few months early because Robbie Williams said he didnt want to be seen as 'trying to get the Christmas number 1', I was made up of course. ~The cover~ The cover features, of course, Kylie with her completely new look, which makes a change from the white sheet... Advantages: some great songs if you appreciate good music, joss's voice is amazing
Disadvantages: can take a while to get into and unless you love her voice it can feel a bit repetative.

...I have always bee na fan of Joss Stone, and after seeing her perform at the brits I couldnt resist buying the album any longer, her performance at the brits was amazing, for those who missed it (heaven forbid, why would you mis it!!!! :0)!!! ) she not only gave a great performance, but later gave an even more spectacular performance with Robbie Williams, great viewing................any way lets get o the album. The title of the album which I guess is a little obviouse is Mind, Body and soul, the cover totally gives this impression, great design!, the inside of the cover shows song words and various pictures of joss for those of you who want to use your amazing voices to sing along and dont yet know every word!
