Advantages: Colourful cartoon graphics, nice soundtrack, strong in all sections Disadvantages: Overly-tight level designs, slightly sluggish controls
, such as Ami and Yumi being close to dozing off when in their pyjamas! The soundtrack to HiHiPuffyAmiYumi: Kaznapped is consistently strong, and features an instrumentation of the 'HiHi' song.
Anyone can play this game, and there is a tutorial which will help get started. There are both good and bad points to the controls, the good being that Ami and Yumi can make the transition into a run from some of their moves, and the bad being that their attacks are slightly sluggish. In rock fashion, Ami and Yumi destroy Kaz-Bots with their instruments, but they are not encouraged to hit fan boys and the paparazzi (they lose points) - instead playing them a power chord will have them star-struck in absolute awe for a while! The game has other nice touches - petting their cats Tekirai and Jang Keng brings them goodness.
Ami and Yumi have ...
Advantages: Graphics are clear, music and sounds are fantastic Disadvantages: Better multiplayer options, repetitive and confusing storymode objectives.
HiHiPuffyAmiYumi DS or officially known as: HiHiPuffyAmiYumi: The Genie & the Amp is a game about the japanese rock and roll band Puffy (HiHiPuffyAmiYumi) and their adventures.
The at first got me confused because you are walking in a 3d side scrolling environment that has 2d characters and 2d segments which i feel is pulled off fairly well.
I feel that the storyline is pretty solid with the play playing as Ami and Yumi whilst they travel through time with a genie so that they can play the ultimate world tour.
Another bonus of the game is that the sound and music especially is a treat to listen to as you will get music from the duo of J-Pop which is very refreshing to hear.
On the multi-player side their is a multi-card player option but i feel that the game suffers from a story mode where somethings you will get ...
Advantages: slightly comforting when warm Disadvantages: sharp plastic cuts bridge of nose
Although there is a lot of writing on the pack most of it it gibberish! e.g. "decapitate yourself with a sharp axe"! somewhat pointless in my humble opinion.
there are instructions on how to heat/cool it but then no information on how long or how often to use it.
I tried it cold and it made my eyes hurt and was not very pleasant to use.Warm seems preferable especially whilst using a relaxing face mask but I found the plastic to be rather sharp across the bridge of the nose.
I would not buy this product as don't beleive it would have much effect on the eyes and found it uncomfortable to use.
I think home made remedies like tea bags and cucumber would work just as well and be cheaper.
