**BRIEF PLOT**
With a fleeing gang of jewel thieves and a couple of trucks filled with some dodgy chemical on the way to be illegally dumped it is not long before the two meet in the middle of a New Jersey tunnel, leading to one hell of a nightmare for everyone driving through the tunnel at the time.

Advantages: Songs well up to standard Disadvantages: Unadventurous instrumentation
This double album, one half electric ('voltage enhanced') and one half acoustic ('nude'), is a return to the more downbeat, brooding mood that characterised "Shoot Out The Lights", the last album Richard made with his soon to be ex-wife Linda 14 years earlier. The songs are as good as you'd expect from one of our most underrated geniuses, like the slightly reggaeish "Razor Dance" (which he obviously loved so much as he does a different version on both discs), and the rockabilly "Am I Wasting My Time On You". Of the more sombre songs, the chilling "The Ghost Of You Walks" and the introspective "Burns Night" come out the best, and lyrically "Woods of Darney", a song about a soldier's love affair in France during World War I, is a gem.

Advantages: Good chase scenes Disadvantages: Lackluster ending
The Hidden is a rather obscure 1980's sci-fi/action film, starring Michael Nouri and Kyle MacLachlan, of "Twin Peaks" and "Showgirls" fame. Here he plays Lloyd Gallagher, an FBI agent who arrives in the city and is immediately paired up with Tom Beck (Michael Nouri) to tackle a bizarre event that seems to be happening. Normal, everyday people who no connection have all seemingly turned into psychopathic monsters, killing anyone who gets in their way.
It turns out they do have a connection, in that they all become inhabited by an alien with a penchant for violence and Ferraris. Will Beck and Gallagher be able to stop the alien before yet more lives are lost?
