This band are a bit like Paramore but a little younger, They really became known by touring with Fall Out Boy.
The band formed in 2007

People are calling these a Pop Punk band but I personally wouldn't put punk in there to be honest, I would say they are an alternative rock band.The album isn't set to be released until the 18th of may but my brother's friend bought me this back from ...

Cassadee Pope - lead vocals, guitar
Mike Gentile - lead guitar, backing vocals
Alex Lipshaw - rhythm guitar backing vocals
Michael "Jersey" Moriarty - bass guitar, backing vocals
Elliot James - drums, percussion

There are two slow songs on here 'Candles' and '6 Months' both are amazing.

There are two slow songs on here 'Candles' and '6 Months' both are amazing.

Set Off 4/5

This track has a great beat to it and some brilliant Vocals Cassadee has an amazing voice and I think this is what makes them a bit like Paramore because her voice is similar to Hayley Williams' who also has a great voice.
There is some awesome lyrics to this track which are catchy when put with the rhythm.

How You Love Me Now 5/5

This is an excellent track with even more amazing Vocals. The beat goes nicley with the rhythm and it has a brilliant bass line, I like it about 02:00 into the track where its a bridge verse, it's just tops the track off.

'Homecoming 5/5

This if you have heard it on youtube is an immense track. The beat is one of the best off the album and the guitar mixes well with the Vocals/Lyrics. The chorus is just so catchy I find myself singing it when I'm sat on my own doing revision.

'Obvious 5/5'

My favourite track of the month, It has a great beat to the Vocals, the tempo is perfect. Lyrics are awesome and easy to memorise. If the band can continue to produce their music to this standard at least if not better in the future then will have a wide fan base.

Candles 5/5'

This song has a meaning for me, but only the lyrics really. I love the piano melody...took me a week to learn in school ^.^. The vocals are excellent. Cassadee Pope really exceeds herself in this track. It picks up about 01:10 into the track where they bring in a beat, bass line and a brilliant rhythm.

Run, Don't Walk 5/5

This is a flawless track by this band, The start has a catchy rhythm. The vocals are just Mind catching and get your attention as I have said Cassadee has a Brilliant voice.

Josey 4/5

The rhythm to this has a slight heaviness to it and I don't mean heavy metal I just mean that its a deeper tune, but it is brilliant. Vocals/Lyrics amazing as always. I don't think I can find a fault with this band. The beat is extremely catchy especially during the Chorus.

'Hurricane Streets 5/5

This is a great Upbeat track with some seriously amazing Vocals/Lyrics. I found that I listen to this one alot more than the others although it is not my favourite, I seem to have taken a great liking to the bass line.

Arizona 5/5

This is an immense track, it would be great with a music video, it is on youtube with lyrics or pictures of the band though. It has a great chorus which is one of those likely to get stuck in your head!

Should've Tried Harder 3/5

Not the best track on the album but still a good one. The guitar rhtyhm is good and the beat is amazing but I can't really hear the bass and I'm not too impressed by the lyrics

6 Months 5/5

One of the best tracks on the album and a great wayto wrap it up. Its got an excellent acoustic rhythm right through out the track and the vocals are just simply amazing. I love the lyrics to this track also.

This band are great, Cassadee is great role models for teenage girls, I think the majority of fans are actually girls but I know quite a few boys who love this band also. They are brilliant and thourougly recomended. There is no swearing in this album and they don't sing about being depressed and stuff so it is great for kids to listen to, When I said that the band were alternative rock they are but its not just the people that like that music that listen to them :) Give them a try
